Bio: Now imagine a giant grizzly bear that speaks and behaves like a child mixed with the strength of 10 men... you get Teddy. Originally he was with Vixcorp as a patient mad with rage, which (against his will) he was given Serum Innocentia ", a powerful Formula that was made to bring the best and serene memories of a criminal in hopes to re-integrate into society. However the first (and last) attempt turned out to be a disaster as the formula actually transformed him into a Man with the mind of a 3-year old who can have a temper tantrum at any time or for no reason whatsoever.
